BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy)
Rapid change with phenomenal results
‘BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a modern model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. It uses a totally logical, practical and down-to-earth working method in which it’s not necessary for you to talk about anything you would rather not discuss – the practitioner only needs to know how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead. BWRT® is unlike any other therapy you might have heard of or read about, using the latest discoveries in neuroscience coupled with your own unique brain processes to help you change your life. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. Find out more at http://www.bwrt.org

BWRT® can make it possible, using a simple technique, to create a new response pattern to any stimulus so that the action the brain triggers is one that we want. The therapy is totally content-free, too, so the client doesn’t have to tell the therapist about deeply sensitive or intimate issues, making therapy far easier to conduct in a great many situations. There’s no tapping, touching, hand passes, or anything else that could possibly be thought of as ‘weird’. The other great thing about it is that usually we only need to find out the worst or strongest memory of the symptom that the client can consciously find, not the initial event or trauma. BWRT® doesn’t use reframes, rewind techniques, hypnosis, NLP, CBT, SD, EFT, BB4B, anything to do with eye movement, or anything else you will have already encountered. It’s unique, effective and fast. Other therapies seek to modify or remove negative emotional responses, while BWRT® works in such a way that the response simply doesn’t arise in the first place.

BWRT® is quickly sorting out all manner of human problems including anxiety, confidence, grief, phobias, fears, and even stopping smoking. BWRT® is being used by practitioners working with diverse conditions such as post-cancer psychotherapy, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, and Generalised Anxiety Disorder, in addition to complex issues such as addictions of all sorts, sexual difficulties, OCD, PTSD and eating disorders. The effectiveness and efficiency reported by therapists and patients are so far unanimously positive. And because it works so fast, clients aren’t ‘stuck in therapy’ for years, or even months. Sometimes it’s actually only a single session or two.
